The Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia’s 2024 annual report says Tri-County Natural Gas Authority serves more than 2,100 customers in Greene, Oglethorpe and Taliaferro Counties. Georgia PSC records show the Authority filed for a distribution-system certificate in Taliaferro County in 2022. Georgia 811 lists Tri-County Natural Gas as the county gas contact. A 2020 regional hazard-mitigation plan identifies Crawfordville and Sharon as natural-gas service cities; check current address eligibility and account arrangements with the Authority or local municipality.
